Olomouc Central European Forum II. Architectural Design

Through the means of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic the Olomouc Museum of Art is applying for an almost half billion financial grant from the EU for constructing Central European Forum Olomouc (SEFO). This should come about through the reconstruction of the grounds of the Museum of Modern Art on Denisova street along with the construction of an additional structure on the neighbouring lot. This project has been accompanied by complications from its beginnings and is currently in the phase of the preparation of a study by the leading Czech architects, Michal Sborwitz and Jan Šépka which should be presented to the public for the first time in an exhibition.
